We are a Critical Access Hospital providing essential emergency 
and medical services to our rural community.

Our services include acute care, medical/surgical services, prenatal care, inpatient rehabilitation services, diagnostics, four family health clinics, outpatient behavioral health services for those over age 65, and a specialty clinic with access to over 20 specialty providers. Our physicians and staff are committed to being the premier healthcare destination for Hardin County and surrounding communities.
