Platinum Spa FAQs

Platinum Medical Spa is located in the front lobby of Hansen Family Hospital, next to Hamilton Specialty Clinic. Please use the front entrance of the hospital to access the spa. Upon entry, proceed straight to Hamilton Specialty Clinic to check-in for your appointment. There is a greeter available at the entrance Monday-Friday, 7:30-4 PM and Saturday 8-12 PM if you have questions or need additional assistance.

No.  While the spa is located in Hansen Family Hospital, it is a separate entity, and you are not required to be a patient of the hospital or clinics to book a service.

All services at Platinum are self-pay, meaning they are not covered by insurance. We do not offer financing options at this time; accepted payments include cash and credit card.

We're so happy to welcome you as a client! After checking in at Hamilton Specialty Clinic in the front lobby, your spa service technician will show you to a private room for your consultation. During this time, you’ll complete a medical history form and any additional consent forms required for your service. We will discuss the service and expected results, post-care instructions, and recommended treatment plan to help you achieve your skincare goals. Please bring any questions you may have to your appointment.

Results can vary depending on the service provided, your history, and skin condition. We typically recommend a series of 3-6 treatments to see the best results. Expected results for your service and recommended skincare plan will be discussed during your appointment consultation.
