Mammography Fund

Mammography Fund

Hansen Family Hospital’s Mammography Fund is a restricted fund through the foundation that provides monetary assistance to those in need of mammography services and who meet certain criteria.  Funded in 2013, the Mammography Fund was established to ensure annual breast cancer screenings would be available to all who needed it, regardless of financial situation. Early detection is crucial to fighting breast cancer.  Our mammography fund helps ensure financial barriers don't restrict your access to timely care.  Whether you are scheduling an annual exam or in need of additional diagnostic testing, it is important to get the care you need, when you need it.

This fund covers annual mammography screenings, diagnostic mammograms, and mammography fund awareness advertising only.  As a restricted fund, all monies donated are to be used for breast cancer screenings/diagnostic testing only for those who meet certain requirements. Outside of fund awareness advertising, monies from this fund will not cover supplies, equipment replacement, staff retention, or anything else outside the designated services.

All services must be completed at Hansen Family Hospital.

This fund is made possible by the generosity of the Hardin County Community and helps ensure everyone has access to annual mammogram screenings.
